As an out of town seller, some 2,000km away from our investment property, Brad and his team made our sale a breeze. They were always available by phone for any of our queries and went above and beyond to do the things which we couldn't due to the distance. After having our property listed with other agents for some months, Brad managed to close a deal within the 2nd week of marketing and we cruised through to a smooth settlement.
