We bought a West End apartment through Position Property and because we appreciated Brad on this occasion, we chose to use him when the time to sell came around. We enquired with a few others but trust mattered more in the end. After a first attempt that was unsuccessful due to bad timing, we did not hesitate to use Brad again in 2017. His knowledge of the local market, no-nonsense attitude and realism helped us through the process of selling.

He gave us wrong information! He told us the tenants are happy to stay or even extend thier tenancy agreement. Less than one week after settlement, I received notice of intention to leave from tenants. He misled us. It's not professional.
