I used to rent with Position Property for about 10 years. I never got disappointed and all my queries were answered or actioned promptly. I was away from Australia for a few years and upon my recent return I knew where to go to for a property search. As usual service was excellent. Everytyng was smooth and quick. Position Property have managed a Unit for us in Chermside since 2009, and it has been Tenanted for 100% of this time. We live in NSW so we need someone on the ground in Brisbane to look after our Unit, and that's what we get with Position Property. Our Manager Adrienne is great. She takes care of any Maintenance issues for us with a quick phone call or email, Inspections are done regularly with a Report sent through, Leases are always dealt with nice and early and we are always kept up to date on any changing Rules. When we Repainted and Carpeted the Unit, Adrienne organized and coordinated the whole Job, we Rate her very highly. Adrienne and Position Property make being a Landlord very painless.

In using Oliver for our Luxury apartment letting was a good choice, Oliver found the right person as we did not want just anyone in this property as it is high end. Oliver acheived close to what we were after but the right person was found
