Posititon Property has very professional and approachable staff who always make it easy for me to understand my agreement. They are always fast to respond to any queries in detail and always make time to give good information. They inform me of upcoming inspections well in advance and always courteous and nice enough to remind me before the inspection date. When i report an issue it is handled on the spot. I have had a great expereince being my first time to rent in QLD and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental as they have great customer service.
