Position Property Agency Services
We have been represented by this Agents for nearly five years. We are absentee owners and they have performed very well keeping the place rented most of the time and dealing with the situations that renting presented including organizing repairs and maintenance. We can recommend them unreserved .

Their property management team are second to none
Our family have rented a townhouse through Position Property for about 2 months and so far I have been very impressed. Admittedly the property is a brand new townhouse so it was in immaculate condition but it wasn't without a few minor problems. The Property management team, Sam in particular have been absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive with any maintenance issues and always keep the tenant in the loop which is great. If I was in a position to rent out a property, I would have no hesitation in using this fantastic team.
