I moved into my new property back in December, to find out that the property had not been bond clean prior to me moving in, carpets not cleaned etc. my property manager advised “ We didn't have any power doing this, so it shouldn't have been this bad - apologises.” Showers, toilets, windows, draws weren’t even wiped down. I live in a high rise with body Corp in building able to supply electricity. No care what so ever. Especially with a pandemic happening & my child being high risk. Nothing spoken about coming and cleaning the property after the fact, no compensation, just “apologies” And yet I will be forced to clean this unit when I leave.. Completely disappointed.

Had the wrong forms sent to my references. An incomplete entry report missing a lot of damage that they will hold me accountable for on exit. Was not informed about the hot water being owned by origin. Also a terrible hot water system. Been having cold showers for 2 months now. Not asked if I will be home to let in maintenance. Rent complaints that I don't enter reference number when I can only add it to the additional comment field.

Position property managed my rental property for lease and proactively kept me up to date with the inspection results with email reports and phone call. Oliver was great and very responsive to my calls and queries with regards to potential tenants. Adrienne from the rental team also does a great job in keeping me updated with inspection reports, and other ongoing maintenance activities required to make sure the tenants are looked after, and continuing to provide prompt feedback when I have queries about billing.
