We dealt with Damian for a number of months while searching for a home in a very competitive Ballarat market. Damian is friendly, professional and so very personable, making working with him such a pleasure. Damian kept in contact with us, even outside of hours, and made the whole process smooth and transparent. We also appreciated Damian's personalised heads up about up & coming properties in the area. We spent a great deal of time looking for the perfect home, and Damian was by far the most attentive and helpful agent we dealt with. We would use Damian ourselves to sell our own properties in future. Thanks so much Damian!

From the very outset when we met Damian he had a solid knowledge of the East Ballarat area we were selling in which impressed myself and my brothers. With Penny Shields working in conjunction with Damian they achieved what we consider to be very good price for the property.

We could not have been happier with anyone else. Catherine's communication skills are over and above others. Having had previous real estate dealings only wish we could have found her earlier, she has made this transition easy and stress free. Many thanks.

I have now had the pleasure of buying and selling a property through Catharina, and cannot recommend her highly enough. I have always found Catharina to be genuine, professional and very clear and timely with her communication. As a buyer I would certainly favour any properties being sold by her, and as a seller I wouldn't even consider any other agent. Thank you Catharina and the rest of the team at PRD

I have bought and sold several properties and hence have engaged many real estate agents. Having sold my house to then buy again, I found that Chris was proving the basic level of information and communication in comparison to other, more interactive agents. It's important to keep in regular contact with buyers to ensure they are happy with progress and not the other way around having to chase the agent for updates etc.
