Richard has sold 2 houses for us in the past 6 months. In very trying Covid19 circumstances Richard was able to arrange viewing and sales very quickly. The first home in Delacombe was sold in about 3 weeks. Richard kept us up the date with update on inspections and we followed his marketing recommendations and advice. All the staff we were in contact with were very professional and thorough, they sent us beautiful gifts upon the settlements to. A lovely big bunch of Australian flowers for one settlement and a box arrived with lots and chocolates and a bottle sprakling wine with the other settlement. We would without doubt recommend PRD to anyone.
