We had our property leased with PRD Ballarat and they have always been very professional, so when it came time so sell with them it made sense to speak with their sales department and we were lucky enough to be put onto Tim Allen. Tim is professional and refreshing honest which makes the process very easy and stress free. Although we are not from the area, Tim has a knowledge of local trades and solicitors, so there were no setbacks or additional time spent on our behalf. I would certainly use Tim again if given the chance.
