My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris while trying to buy our first home, as we were buying interstate it was very difficult to try and view homes but Chris was the only agent we had organise a viewing on a weekend for us. He was very honest and accommodating through the journey and we hope to get the pleasure of dealing with him again another day

Paige Laue is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. From the moment I started looking for my dream property, she was nothing short of exceptional. She is personable, communicative, and truly understands how to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really sets Paige apart is her charm, attention to detail, and dedication to her clients. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, kept me updated at every step, and was always proactive in making sure everything moved forward seamlessly. Her negotiation skills, market knowledge, and professionalism are unmatched. Not only did she find me the perfect property, but she made the experience enjoyable and exciting. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, Paige is the best in town. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again for any future purchase or sale. Highly recommend!

Michael was an easy choice from the beginning of our selling experience. He presented well with an easy communication style. He had a good market knowledge and quickly assessed our position with the property that we had to offer. Michael quickly matched us up to an appropriate buyer which made for an agreeable outcome. Michael was able to accommodate some unexpected changes in our personal circumstances to the satisfaction of both parties. He kept the communication open and was able to follow up promptly with our enquiries through out the process. A competent and professional practitioner in the realestate industry.

Once I decided to purchase a property, I then had to discover the steps I needed to take. There was the need for a bank loan, then a solicitor was required, and finally all the requirements of the vendor had to be met. All of this was a little daunting and rather confusing at times, particularly the jargon, especially the legal language. Ebony was excellent at explaining everything to me, and was genuinely interested and patient to go over things that I had forgotten or not quite fully understood. At every step of the process, I felt welcome and comfortable to reach out to ask my questions, and I was frequently contacted to be advised of progress and general inquiry to see how I was going and if I had any questions that may have arisen since previous discussion. Ebony has been a terrific guide, and I’m sure, just as excited for me as I have been in becoming a homeowner. It is without a doubt, Ebony has made the experience of buying my home a pleasant and exciting journey.

Throughout years of renting and then looking to buy in the market I dealt with a lot of agents but none have ever come close to Damien! From our first interaction Damien was so accommodating and welcoming. Unlike others Damien never made us feel pushed into buying or tried to push the property on us the conversations we had you could tell he was talking from his heart and it was truely what he thought. If I were to sell or recommend anyone to an agent without a doubt it would be Damien!

It is difficult to give glowing reviews in a time as hard as this to sell. Damian did his job well. The property took a very long time sell and we didn't get close to the asking price.

We had our property listed with PRD Ballarat and Michael and his wife Catharina took on the job of selling. Michael’s communication was impeccable. The market was experiencing difficult times and due to Michael’s research, we eventually found a keen purchaser at a reduced price. Would thoroughly recommend Michael and Catharina to sell your property in the Ballarat region.
