Catharina arrived at our home for the first interview with us and looked and sounded very professional. She gave us great advice about the presentation of our home. She also has great local market knowledge and was able to give us a lot of information regarding median prices in this area and said that any house on the market over a great period time was testament to the agents who were trying to sell properties. Catharina was also very motivated to sell our home and applied herself to the task with a lovely attitude towards my husband and myself and towards prospective buyers. She organised an open house the 1st Sat after the home went on the market and one prospect who was enthusiastic, but the prospect needed to sell her home first. The following Saturday, Catharine attended our home again for another open house. A few prospects inspected the home but one couple told our neighbours that they were putting in an offer. Which they did and we accepted the offer when they raised it a further $5,000 which we felt was acceptable. The prompt sale left us in shock. In the past, our homes always sold within 6 weeks but this sale was a stunner. Catharine kept in good communication with us and left us well informed each time.
