Catharina is very courteous and conscientious Agent and goes well beyond the duties of a regular real estate agent. Kudos to Catharina as She was able to organize trades such as carpet/painting/Styling to give the property a facelift to ensure that we maximize our sale price. Nothing was a bother and she always was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend her for the sale of any property that a vendor may wish to sell.
