I worked closely with Catharina to sell my house and she was always very responsive to my needs. She coordinated a lot of trades etc to do improvements on the property before the sale which was important as I was not based in Ballarat. She always kept me updated and was very communicative. We met Peter when he was selling a property that we considered buying. We were impressed by his straight forward, honest communication and kept his details on file.
