Catharina arrived at our home for the first interview with us and looked and sounded very professional. She gave us great advice about the presentation of our home. She also has great local market knowledge and was able to give us a lot of information regarding median prices in this area and said that any house on the market over a great period time was testament to the agents who were trying to sell properties. Catharina was also very motivated to sell our home and applied herself to the task with a lovely attitude towards my husband and myself and towards prospective buyers. She organised an open house the 1st Sat after the home went on the market and one prospect who was enthusiastic, but the prospect needed to sell her home first. The following Saturday, Catharine attended our home again for another open house. A few prospects inspected the home but one couple told our neighbours that they were putting in an offer. Which they did and we accepted the offer when they raised it a further $5,000 which we felt was acceptable. The prompt sale left us in shock. In the past, our homes always sold within 6 weeks but this sale was a stunner. Catharine kept in good communication with us and left us well informed each time. Thanks very much for your time, interest, support and effort, Catharina.

Chris has been my agent for the three properties I have bought/sold in the last eight years. He has always been dedicated to the best outcome, extremely knowledgeable of the market and kept me informed of progress on an almost daily basis. In addition, he was an easy person to discuss matters with, made it easy for me to negotiate contracts etc., is honest and a genuinely nice person. I wish him, and his family, all the very best for their future.

Michael has been very professional, helpful and patient with our purchase of the property. Despite our indecisiveness, he facilitated many visits, a building inspection and answered all of our questions in detail. Thank you again for your help!

I strongly recommend professional services from Michael and Catharina. When we decided to sell the house, it was not during a good time but "team Darken" worked consistently and effectively day in and day out to bring interested buyers through. Catharina and Michael not only performing well in the sales process but also have local knowledge and trade contacts (painters, gardeners, cleaners) to help us preparing the house for sales. I'm glad that we found a suitable buyer at the right time.

Tim and his team were exceptional from the word go, very transparent in their methods and ensuring everyone is on the same page. Tim's knowledge and experience gave us full confidence that we would achieve a great outcome even in what is a slightly more difficult market to sell in with the current cost of living/ interest rates ect. Highly recommend Tim for anyone else seeking a quality/professional agent.
