Damian was absolutely fantastic with helping us purchase our first home. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and took the time to explain everything to us in terms we understood. He also spent time after his work hours to show us homes and was incredibly accommodating to our busy lives. We are so very appreciative of all of his assistance during the stressful time of purchasing a first home! Thanks Damian for making the process for us SO much easier.

Damian was a pleasure to deal with, being a navigators of life’s most pivotal moments, a responsibility that demands trust and credibility, Damian excelled at. Damian was professional, reliable, acquired strong negotiating skills and had an efficient and effective work process, therefore offering us a seamless experience. Damian's genuine care and support extended the relationship beyond a mere transaction, offering us a more holistic and reassuring experience. Damian's professionalism was consistent from start to finish and fostering a transparent and trusting relationship, which is essential in any significant financial transaction. Damian's due dilligence was exceptional. He's a stickler for detail/accuracy/efficiency.

Michael Darken from PRD has acted on our behalf in selling our beautiful old home in Wendouree. He was always professional but relaxed and friendly in his dealings with us. His advice was often sought and answered quickly and succinctly. He gave us plenty of notice of inspections and managed to sell our house sooner than expected.

Michael made sure everything was taken care of as I was travelling overseas at the time of the sale. Communication in the different time zones was great, and he kept me in the loop with everything.
