Penny was very responsive and friendly from day one. She also understood what our needs are and showed us the perfect property that satisfy all our expectations. She was really good with communicating with us, morgage broker, vendor and conveyancer to make sure the whole process go through nice and smooth. Can't recommend her high enough. Good luck Penny!

Penny did a great job of selling our house. Lots of care taken in communicating with us over the time taken to make the sale. Fun to deal with. Highly recommended by us.

I highly recommend Catharina, with excellent communication and helpful advice we had an easy and stress free sale. I have worked with many realestate agents and Catharina would have to be the friendliest, most genuine person. Thank you Catharina !

Tim was a knowledgeable agent who gave excellent advice to us as this was our first time selling a home. Tim was genuine, reliable, thorough and communicated very well throughout the process. Tim got us a good price for our home in a very short timeframe. I would recommend Tim to anyone selling a property.

We were a little reluctant to relist our property again after 3 mths on the market with another agent and no success. However after speaking to Catharina, we knew that we were making the right choice. She displayed confidence and knowledge of the current market. We were able to sell for a fair price.

Being away interstate, Tim was very mindful of my situation and made it as easy for me as possible to get information on feedbacks, inspections and transactions.

Catharina had a good knowledge of the market generally and specifically of the areas we were interested in. Gave us good feedback on this property we purchased and provided good interaction with the vendor to allow a building inspection to be done. Has also facilitated further communication with the vendor on some general settlement issues. Catharina has been very good at providing an ideal interface between the vendor and ourselves as the purchaser, which should lead to an easy transfer.
