We found Chris exceptional from start to finish. Although Chris butters his bread primarily on rural properties his knowledge of a more central living market was second to none albeit slightly out of his hitting zone. We felt Chris was almost part of the family , this being confirmed by him coming in before an open home and making himself a nice cup of English breakfast and lighting out wood fire. Straight up , to the point and achieved what we wanted in 8 days from listing to deposit. Highly recommend. Chris will also check your rain gauge fortnightly to ensure you aren’t fishing rainfall numbers. Pleasure to deal with and will look to use Chris and his PRD team on our next sale / purchase.
