Penny is amazing

Attentive and experienced sales professional
Woking with Catharina was an absolute pleasure. Catherine provided marketing advice that was relevant to the Ballarat marketplace and not over-done. Sahe focussed on how she would achieve the outcome I wanted and how we could achieve them. For example, I spoke to a couple of other agents, who wanted to tell me about the ‘size of their database’ and ‘how many clicks they'd get’. Catharina focussed instead on the work she would do to convert clicks in to buy offers, by describing the features of my property ensuring they resonate with buyers to leading to action. Catherina was a professional from the quoting to closing and made the process very easy and professional. I would happily recommend Catherina to anyone selling and wanting great results.

Helpful honest local
