When I made the decision to change my career and join the Real Estate profession some 21 years ago, it was after considerable thought and soul searching. My previous careers, which included management, marketing and negotiating I believed, had synergy with real estate. My passion for property and my desire to contribute led me to look into what I thought was a very poorly serviced industry. As a vendor myself, I found it increasingly difficult to obtain someone’s honesty, attention to detail, sensitivity to the project and most of all, the ability to actually sell my property, not just list it. It is so simple to sign an agency agreement but not so easy to sell that property, in the true sense of the word, for an excellent price. I truly believed that I could make a difference utilising my skills and simply treating people with respect and understanding. Grace made our sale a good experience

We were extremely happy with Grace’s professionalism, her clear recommendations and her advice. Best Agent around!

Grace is just amazing! Highly recommends Grace, BEST agent we have ever met. Her enthusiasm, market knowledge, attention to detail is just second to none! Extremely transparent and honest whilst ensuring her client achieves the best result. If you're looking for an agent, do not hesitate, you will not regret to have Grace looking after your property. As first time seller, we had zero knowledge. Grace guided us through the whole process, and explained every step in details and answered any and all of our questions. She went out of her way and organised everything for us whilst we are on holiday to ensure the property is ready in time. From helping us with finding tradesmen, to obtaining quotes, to ensuring all the works are done right. Grace is incredibly communicative, promptly answered all of our calls, messages and emails - even out of business hours! Always keeping us informed about every developments and any updates. To say we're happy with the end result would be an understatement. Words cannot describe. Despite the torrential rain, the auction went smoothly, we had 8 registered bidders. The property was sold at a RECORD price, way way above our expectations at a price we never even dreamed of. I have no doubt this was all due to Grace's hard work. She worked tirelessly to helped us find the right bidders and buyer!

Professional and great communication

5 stars is not enough!

Grace Liwanag is hands down the most professional and diligent Estate Agent I have ever come across. She is caring, genuine and trustworthy, nothing is too much trouble. She arranged absolutely everything for us (we don’t live in Sydney), so if you are looking for someone to take great care of your property and get the best price, use Grace! She is the Best :)
