Mele and her team put their best into the sale and are great communicators. Although in the real estate business for many years, they apply energy and enthusiasm to all the tasks required for each property. Punctual, kind and paying attention to details, they used their knowledge of the area and worked very hard for the sale to proceed to get the best possible outcomes. Reports and data are given on how the property is placed, with honest comments. Mele keeps up a strong focus and her team are very accessible. Special mention too, which I noticed, is how PRD acknowledges that team effort is involved in any successes and this included their own appreciation of the reception office and support staff. Very experienced and professional, they used all their expertise for the best results.

My Husband and I wanted to send a note of appreciation for the efforts of the PRD Hurstville Team that Mele leads during the sale of our unit. From our first meeting with Mele, we were treated with respect. Mele explained all the various aspects of selling a unit, including a detailed plan with associated costs. Once we made the decision to sell, Mele's team quickly acted on the plan to: 1. find right resources to complete the renovation 2. help style the unit for the best impact for photography and open inspections 3. choose the campaign time frame and marketing strategies 4. organize the campaign and manage all the aspects of the sale During the campaign, Mele always keeps us updated with great details. All advice we received throughout the selling process was professional, relevant and helpful. With her hard work and professional engagement, we had a very pleasing outcome in less than two weeks. Thank you Mele and the entire team for making the sale of our unit successful whilst minimizing the pain and stress of the process.
