I obtained two appraisals on our home. But prior to this, I have done my research of past sales in the area especially for duplexes. Mele gave me a price bracket that I know was achieved through the past sales. The market was a tricky one with a slight reprieve on the RBA rate increases after 10 consecutive interest rate hikes. There are good prices achieved for outstanding properties but there are very few properties available in the market right after Easter.
