As a local of the Camden Haven since 1984, and the son of local real estate identity and principal of PRDnationwide Laurieton, Paul Hancox, my expertise and extensive knowledge of the Camden Haven real estate market is second to none. Having moved away for 10 years after school, now I have the privilege of bringing up my own family in this wonderful place we call home. Riley was raised in the beautiful Camden Haven Area, starting a traineeship after graduating High School, learning and gathering experience under Simon Hancox and the rest of the PRD Laurieton team in 2016. Since then, his career and community input has went from strength to strength. From the first few days in real estate, he fell in love with helping people in a massive transition period in most lives, giving him a passion and drive for expanding his knowledge in order to do so. That is when Riley set about obtaining his Real Estate License with the ability to also act as an Auctioneer, with completion of the course at just 21 years of age. Which has now lead to Riley selling over $65 million dollars worth of real estate in the Camden Haven in just a few short years. Riley is heavily involved in the local community. He has been apart of the Camden Haven Redbacks for as long as he can remember, playing right through the juniors to the very top of premier league where he has played 1st grade since 2014. Riley took this passion for his club to a new level in 2019 when he became a part of the committee and became the captain/coached the men's Premier League and winning the FMNC Male Community Player of the Year award. Riley lives in the Camden Haven with his wife and could not think of a better area to live. He is described as a honest man that is easily approachable, highly driven and shows great commitment and dedication in all aspects of life.
