After initial dissapointment with other agents who justified low estimated value on not relatable other properties presented in a glossy brochure or talk incessently about how good they were while giving the illusion their sunglasses were grafted on , Debbi was like a breath of fresh air .I have a habit of straight talking and was pleased to find her the same with a attitude of how can we work together to realise your properties worth . Wayne is a great communicator and a very friendly guy. He was checking in with us, even when he was on holidays. He ensured we were able to view the property twice in Kendall, to secure it and on the terms we requested. He went above and beyond to organise the property was ready for us to move into as we were not there for the settlement inspection. He toured the property via FaceTime and also organised some furniture that was left to be taken before our belongings came that day.
