I had met Dane a few times previously at open for inspections and I was impressed by his acumen, his knowledge of the market and his 'can do' attitude. When I engaged him he was very pro-active with his advice even before I went to market. He was very efficient and totally focused on the sale and whilst his marketing campaign was in my view somewhat expensive it was very effective and I am sure it contributed substantially to a successful outcome.
