Dane had a good market knowledge of the Nelson Bay area. He was friendly, courteous and very professional in his approach, always followed up with phone calls, inspections and any requested additional information. He also provided us with additional helpful information about local services which could be of assistance in getting established in our new property.

Dane's articulate presentation & knowledge provided us with the confidence that we were making the right decision in purchasing the property even though it was the maximum price that we were prepared to pay. His communication skills were excellent in negotiating our final offer to the vendors. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dane's expertise to any future purchasers we may know

Dane and Ryan have sold 3 of our properties over the past 5 or so years and we can confidently say they are still the best choice in the bay! This was probably the most challenging sale of the 3, but Dane was positive throughout, and didn’t give up! He has exceeded our expectations once again and we highly recommend Dane to anyone who is buying or selling! Thank you Dane and Ryan for your hard work and persistence- it has certainly paid off!

Dane was professional from the first contact. He appraised the property and provided sound advice on the likely outcome of the sale. Dane maintained regular contact throughout the sale process. As the market moved the sales strategy was reviewed to suit the environment. This was all done while dealing with my recently separated partner, which added a further challenge to the situation. Dane handled himself exceptionally well throughout the sale and I am very happy with the outcome.
