Agent worked for the seller
Once we agreed to purchase property agent did not have time for us. Given Danes reputation around the bay we were extremely dissapointed.

Mr MS Gold
I found Dane to be straight forward and honest, very enthusiastic and professional in every way. The sale went as he said it would with no misunderstandings between myself and the buyer. I will use Dane for my next purchase and or sale in the Port Stephens area without hesitation.

Couldn't ask for a better agent!
Our experience's with Dane have always been positive. We have recently purchased a property that was listed with Dane and in turn, we are now selling with him. We have noticed that Dane puts in every effort on both the purchasing and selling side of the game. Our experience has shown an agent who is dedicated to both the buyer and seller. We would highly recommend Dane to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property.

A pleasure to work with a Pro
Dane had buyers for the style of property that we owned and actively sought us out. We had been thinking about selling the property so timing was good. He skillfully handled the negotiation and got us a record price for the area. We are very pleased with Dane and PRD and would strongly recommend.

#1 for a reason...
Due to the current market, it took longer than expected to get a sale on our home, but Dane and his team worked hard every week to find the right buyer ad help us gain a fair market price sale on our home. This is not the first time we have sold through Dane, and certainly won't be the last! Dane's communication is what sets him apart.

Dane Queenan makes it happen. That's why he is the number Agent in this whole area. We have just sold a property and bought our second property with Danes amazing help. Nothing is too much trouble, phone calls and texts are responded to in double quick time resolving any issues that may crop up. We have bought and sold in Sydney and the Southern Highlands but no Agent has measured up to the sharp efficiency executed by this charming young man. Don't hesitate Danes the one.

Absolute Professional
We cannot thank Dane Queenan enough over the purchase of our dream property. Dane made the process very easy for us and his communication was excellent. Danes feedback and patience, whilst waiting on our finance to be finalised, was second to none. We congratulate Dane on his integrity and professionalism and we would recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell. Regards, Mark and Michelle Hudson.

Brilliant Work !
We have been in close contact with Dane and Ryan over the past 12 months, keeping them informed of our progress on our master plan - to sell in Sydney, buy a waterfront apartment in Port Stephens and buy another apartment back in Sydney. They understood our plan, advised us along the way, developed an in-depth understanding of the property we wanted and our budget, and within a month of arriving in Port Stephens they presented to us our new home. We bought it on the spot. Absolutely brilliant!

We have just completed our second purchase through Dane Queenan and Ryan Hards at PRD. On both occasions we have been very pleased with the courteous and professional advice given, and the efficient way the sales have been completed.
