Danes work ethic combined with his local knowledge of the market are the reasons we chose him to sell our property. Having bought another property with him a few years ago, our experience with him left us in no doubt that we would use him to sell this property for us.

Dane was recommended to us through somebody else so our expectations were high. I'm pleased to say Dane lived up-to these expectations throughout the whole process, even achieving a quick sale of our property. I would have no problems in recommending Dane to future sellers.

Once we made the decision to move to the bay we started researching the area to quickly find that Dane Queenan had a very strong market presence and a great reputation in the area. We had heard so many people rave about their positive experience through Dane and knew that's who we would get to help us find the right home. I can now honestly say after recently purchasing through him that they are all true and his reputation definitely precedes him!! Dane kept us updated with every new listing coming onto the market for a period of 6 months before he found “the one” for us. From the initial phone call to the exchange of contracts Dane has been approachable, honest, professional and he consistently displayed a strong market and area knowledge. His easy going nature and ability to seamlessly complete the sale with no stress for ourselves and the vendors made for an easy buying experience. We strongly recommend for anyone thinking of buying or selling to contact Dane Queenan from PRDnationwide Port Stephens and thank him for helping our family find the perfect home to start our new life in the Bay!

Had exceptional assistance from Dan'e colleague (Ryan Hards) with initial enquirer, follow-up inspections and assisting with securing an agreeable price with the Vendor. Follow-up continues now, as we finalise a short settlement period. One can see from this track record n' experience, why Dane and his PRD team is "the best" !!!
