Dane kept us informed every step of the way through our purchase. His enthusiasm and ideas on how to improve the property sold it to us. I had seen this house online and wasn’t interested at all. Dane spent quite a bit of time talking us through the property with ideas. We would definitely recommend Dane to any potential seller or purchaser. Thanks Dane for making our dream come true.

From the beginning, Dane was professional and enthusiastic. He took the time to explain our options and the process that he and PRD were going to use to sell our home. Dane kept in regular touch with us (even on his holiday!) so we always felt that we were informed. We were very happy with the sale.

Dane was outstanding. He spent a lot of time with us and worked very hard to find the type of property we wanted. He was always available to answer questions and happy to arrange inspections to fit in with our trips from Sydney to Corlette. In the end, he found the perfect property for us and we are now living in our dream home. We highly recommend Dane Queenan of PRD Port Stephens.

Dane and his team were amazing to deal with through the sales process. They were able to sell the property prior to auction, which was a awesome result.

Tim and team at PRD are great I’ve entered and sold in the area multiple times and each time it’s back to PRD and Tim did not disappoint! Thanks

Dane showed his expert knowledge of the market and was very professional and communicative in the marketing and sale process of our property. Feedback was provided after each open house and Dane conducted a great campaign for us. He secured an excellent price for our property and I would have no reservation in using or recommending Dane in the future.

Tim is a true professional. This sale had its frustrations, due to being a holiday rental, and he navigated this with flexibility and positivity. I really appreciated Tim’s guidance throughout the process and how he helped manage my expectations. He got a good outcome for me and I’m truly grateful for all of the negotiating that I didn’t see, that’s where the magic of Tim shines through. Thank you!

As a real estate professional myself in Sydney it is always great to work with a professional and responsive agency. This is now the 4th property Dane has sold for my family and I which is a testament in itself. Another great success from our point of view. Thanks Dane, Erin and team - very happy. If you are think of selling, we highly recommend PRD and the Team!
