Tim is an outstanding real estate agent. He set out to achieve the price we wanted and he never waivered in his enthusiasm to achieve it throughout a rather long selling campaign. At no time did he ever suggest that the price we were seeking might be too high and when we raised it ourselves he encouraged us to hang in there and he would get get what we wanted. The final selling price was a record for the area and it was all down to Tim's hard work. We found Tim to be a gentle, quiet achiever. He is an easy person to work with and is very trustworthy. Dane understood the market we were selling in, and was highly motivated to get the best price for us on our home. He was proactive and communicated clearly, and was extremely flexible with our working hours and communication preferences. Dane worked tirelessly to arrange contractors for some minor works we did to the home prior to selling - all with very little to zero input from us, which is exactly what we needed as we are very busy and didn’t have the time to get into all the detail.
