I would highly recommend Daniel Latty and his team at PRD Nationwide on High St, Penrith to purchase or sell a home! I have dealt twice now, once to purchase a home and now to also buy and both times were made easy and without any stress due to the communication skills and hard work provided. It is a tough market within Penrith and Daniel made both experiences a much easier process than I have experienced with previous agencies.
