Dane is by far the best agent in the Port Stephens area. If you’re looking to sell your property, Dane is the obvious choice - you can’t miss all the sold signs with his name in tow. Not just great sales results, Dane is respectful, knowledgeable and displays a real passion for his job. I would regularly get emails long after I’d expect an agent to be working, particularly on a Sunday. Dane exceeded my expectations in every facet and I can’t recommend his services enough. Heaton

Dane handled all phases of the sale with professional ability. I'm sure the purchaser would be of like mind. The deal was fair and in accord with the current market. I would recommend Dane to anyone in the market to buy or sell, particularly in the Port Stephens or Newcastle area. Kindest regards, Cliff and Ida Moran.

We found Dane to be professional in his approach to the sale of our house and took the stress of us by giving sound advice on how to make our house more saleable and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. The sale of our house was made a much less stressful experience by Dane and his team selling it.

We had a really positive experience purchasing property through Dane and Ryan at PRDnationwide Port Stephens. Dane is the most prompt and reliable agent we have come across and he was always available if we had questions. His high credibility is not only a result of his extensive knowledge of the property market but also his honesty and good character. Dane takes the time to understand his clients and what they are looking for and finds the right property to suit their needs. Ryan was also a pleasure to work with. He was always available to meet with us onsite and was very punctual, approachable and easy to communicate with. Ryan has a great knowledge of the market and provided valuable advice. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dane and Ryan as agents or work with them again in the future.

A recent purchase of a duplex in Fingal Bay allowed me to have contact with Mr Dane Queenan, the Principal of P.R.D., Port Stephens. Dean provided outstanding indeed exemplary service in transacting my purchase. He was ever so courteous; ever so reliable and prompt; a worthy communicator; and one whose attention to detail was commendable. Accordingly, I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Dane Queenan to any potential purchaser from his agency. In my judgement, he is an exemplar of his industry. David Maher, February, 2018
