Very happy with the result in the sale of our house.

Dane was outstanding for the sale of our house. He listened to what we wanted and worked very hard to achieve the best price for out house and all within 3 days of hitting the market. Dane was always available to offer advice and calm those nerves when ever we needed. It was so reassuring knowing that we could contact Dane at any time - it really helped to ease the stress of selling our home. Dane also has a large database of buyers and I’m sure this is what helped sell so quickly. Dane comes with our highest recommendation Kind regards Fran and Chris Bowtell

The selling price of my unit far outweighed my expectations. I was so surprised that Dane was able to negotiate the highest offer for me. The unit did not go on the open market as it was sold prior to advertising. Dane was very respectful at all times. An absolute pleasure to do business with him. Thank you so much

My dealings with Dane Queenan was a pleasure. Dealing with Real Estate Agents can be stressful and disappointing. Being a Proprietor of PRD Real Estate I am certain Dane will continue to be successful in his chosen career and become the leader in the Port Stephens area. Dane possesses all the qualities required to reach his goals. I have no hesitation in recommending Dane and would welcome any further enquiries as to his conduct and ability. Review by a very satisfied buyer. Jeff Negra Mobile: 0414686365

Dane was thoroughly professional in his approach to our purchase. He communicated well and followed through on his promises.

Dane's knowledge on the market, but also his approach to listing our property in Port Stephens was spot on. He explained every approach he recommended well and kept in contact with us in relation to the activity/interest that the property was involved in. With Dane's advice we changed our selling strategy slightly due to the amount of interest the property generated, which meant our property sold in a short amount of time. Because Dane has been very active with selling and listing properties in the recent times he has current extensive market knowledge and immediate buyer contacts. We highly recommend Dane and his team.
