Dane has just sold our property for us. He kept in constant contact with us so we knew what was happening. Our property had been listed with another agent for a long time before Dane was recommended to us. This firm did email contacts only while Dane still knows the importance of personal contact. Thanks Dane. A great result by a great agent!

Colin and I were extremely happy with the service provided by our agent. He kept us updated and informed all the time, was very proactive in seeking purchasers and demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills and put in 100%. The weekly paper advertising provided by PRD was professional whilst the photos on the internet provided excellent exposure. His personal presentation was very professional and nothing was too much trouble - following up on many minor details promptly . We would highly recommend Dane to prospective buyers and sellers.

I found Dane Queenan to be an excellent agent. His professionalism and property knowledge were of a high standard. He was accommodating to all my requests and furnished information in a timely manner when I requested it. My purchase of the property through him proceeded smoothly and I could not have asked for a better result. It is of no surprise to me that he has received the many awards that he has, in the RE Industry. PRD are very lucky to have a Salesman of his calibre. I will have no problem in recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thanks for all Dane. I am very happy

We missed the first open house but DANE organised a private viewing for us later that same day. We liked the property so much we moved on it straight away with the help of DANE to put an offer on the house & lock the deal in.

Ken and Frances Smith - 2/9 Thurlow Avenue, Nelson Bay. We found Ryan in conjunction with Dane at PRD Nationwide to be straight forward, helpful and honest. It was a pleasure to do business with Ryan and his approach was excellent and gave us the ongoing professional information that we needed to give us the confidence to know we had a secure buy. It was a pleasure to do business with PRD and would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan Hards to sell or buy property for us or anyone in the future. Thank you for making this possible and so smoothly for us.
