I had a special property which was in a unique position overlooking Shoal Bay. The building was around 80 years old and showing signs of ware. Dane advised to renovate before selling and gave very helpful hints on the renovations required. Although the sale did not go precisely as planned, eventually we found a buyer in a reasonable timeframe and and a successful sale was completed. I would recommend sellers to at least talk to Dane before deciding on which way to go.

Dane wasn't pushy and when we made an offer he simply came back and said you can have it at xxx price, which was within the advertised price range. Said we didn't need a deposit which worried us a bit but when he assured us the place was ours with no risk of someone coming in over the top, that to me said we must trust him. Everything went smoothly as he said it would. Good man.
