I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dane throughout the purchase of our new home. My family and I are currently living overseas and while I expected this to be troublesome, Dane did an amazing job of being there at the strangest of hours to help us through the process. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Dane!

This is the second property I have bought from Dane and I found both experiences to be very professional and fair.

After months on the market with another agent with very little interest and no offers, we were impressed with Dane's ability to have our home listed with an entirely new approach and marketing campaign. Dane had multiple offers all within a matter of weeks and our home was sold very quickly which we really didn't expect to happen. Thank you Dane for your honesty, your clear communication and most important you commitment to get our home sold. We have no hesitation in recommending your services to anybody looking at selling their home - we could not be more happy with what you have done!

Dane makes the whole transaction smooth and easy - and is great to deal with, available anytime of the day for discussion. His knowledge of minor details as to how lighting is going to affect this off the plan purchase was impressive - there was no question he couldnt answer on the spot. Great market knowledge - best real estate agent I have ever come across

Dane was extremely helpful to find and suggest the property that I ended up buying. He understood exactly what i was looking for and this property was off market so presented a great opportunity to get it before being shown to everyone else. Love it :)

Dane is very good to deal with. Very helpful and friendly and goes out of his way to be of assistance. He does not mind what time of day you call him. This is not the first property I have purchased through Dane and I have already advised family members to talk to Dane when they are ready to purchase a property in the Nelson Bay area.
