We can highly recommend Dane after the sale of our property. He was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He kept us up to date and returned phone calls promptly. We can see why Dane is the number one agent for PRD.

Ryan Hards assisted me with the purchase of a property in Anna Bay. I found Ryan to be friendly, professional, very helpful and responsive. Other members of the team at PRD Nelson Bay were also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

All our dealings regarding this property were with Ryan Hards. Ryan had exceptional communication skills, was professional, approachable and had a pleasant manner. He always responded in a timely manner with any requests that we had for information. He even went to the trouble to photograph the sold sign and send it to us. Based on our experience i would recommend Ryan Hards.

I was not happy with home openings first ok, second no signs so we missed passing trade, third not times on signs even though I rang and let Dane know I had a stranger walk into my home as they thought the opening was on now. Lights left on and the last home open the lights plus the air con. was left on. I was most unhappy about this as I had requested that they be turned off. The reason I was given by the agent that did the home open was she has 3 to do and did not remember the home she was to make sure all lights be turned off. One would think the agent doing the home open would turn every ones lights and air cons. off when finished as a given. When speaking to the purchaser I did not get the same feeling about the other house in fact they did not seem all that interested. We only sold as we were given the impression that they were very interested in this other house. I had that dreaded feeling the agent was working more for the purchaser than me the seller and I was paying the commission. I did feel a little better when Barry said it was a fall back. Overall we are not happy and if it was possible to undo this,we would. It did not help when a friend stated she has been told by others that they had the same feeling the agent was not working for the seller but the byer.

Dane has been selling all of my real estate for the past 8 years and I highly recommend his services. Dane's communication is second to none as he always keeps me up to date and well informed about any activity on all of my properties - often even into the late hours of the night! There's a reason why I continue to entrust Dane with the marketing of my properties, as he works harder than any other agent I have ever met in the 30 years I have been in the building game.

Dane helped us find the right property for us. Dane is professional, friendly and knowledgable and always answered our questions and returned our phone calls. He supported our decision-making with his in-depth understandings of the housing market and the local community and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the purchase process. We are very grateful to Dane for all of his work and support and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Our property was placed on the market and within 10 days the property was sold. There was some negotiation on Danes' part which helped immensely in the sale of the property. Thanks Dane. Well done.

Dane Queenan and his colleague, Ryan Hards, communicated well with us at all times, from the first open home and through all stages of negotiations. Dave and Ryan know the area well. We were also pleased to get a call or two from Vicki Ashford who had helped us with our investment property purchase at Shoal Bay a couple of years ago. We are very happy to be finally making our sea change to beautiful Port Stephens! If you are buying or selling in Port Stephens, we recommend your first port of call be PRD Nationwide at Shoal Bay!
