We first purchased our property in Nelson Bay eight years ago and Dane has kept in communication with us over that time. We saw this relatively new home one Saturday and had purchased it on the following Monday. It was due to Dane's skill as a communicator as well as having expert knowledge of the marketing value which was the key to our purchasing this new property and we are looking forward to settling into our new home very soon.

Our property has been on the market for a very long time. We were losing hope and had restrictions on the selling price. We are very happy we have finally sold the apartment thanks to Dane. His communication was impeccable, was always able to get hold of him and ask any questions. Thank you.

We would highly recommend Dane Queenan and his team as the service and results that he provided us was outstanding. Dane and Ryan sold 15 of our properties, with all of these properties being sold either off the plan or prior to completion and for the asking price which is no easy feat. Dane always had our best interests at heart and the boys worked tirelessly until every property was sold. Thank you! Sincerely, Wayne & Gary Ekert - Ekert Constructions

Dane has been selling all of my real estate for the past 8 years and I highly recommend his services. Dane's communication is second to none as he always keeps me up to date and well informed about any activity on all of my properties - often even into the late hours of the night! There's a reason why I continue to entrust Dane with the marketing of my properties, as he works harder than any other agent I have ever met in the 30 years I have been in the building game

We would not have returned as customers if we hadn't rated Dane Queenan highly already. The service he gave us on selling our home was of the highest order. Dane does not just list and show a house you really work to 'sell' a house and that was evident. We followed your market advice and happily we sold at the best deal we could in the market. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family. Thank you for investing your time to achieve the best for us.

I have had dealings with other agents recently & they were totally in unprofessional in their approach. I have been involved with sales & marketing for 40 years now & found Dane to be 100% professional in his appearance, approach to negotiating & the finalising of the deal. I have & will do in the future recommend him as an agent.

I have dealt with Dane on many occasions. On the first occasion it was in regards to a purchase of a property in Anna Bay. Dane help me through the whole process and negotiations which ended in a smooth and successful purchase. Then I decided to rent the property he also advised and help with that also with effortless results. When I decided to sell Dane was back to the rescue sold at good price and got it sold very quickly. Then in a short period I decided to buy again so I contacted Dane again. He found me another beautiful property in Nelson Bay and negotiated a very good price he knew exactly what I wanted and what would suit my taste he was right on the ball first property he took me to I bought he showed me some others but he which one was for me he has a natural ability for matching people to properties. Again I rented the property out with the help and advice from him again very satisfied and hassle free.Due to family problems I had to sell my beautiful home Dane to the rescue he advised me of the price we got and was sold within 24hours great negotiation skills. He is a fantastic agent he kept me updated all the time would contact well after hours and on weekends never there was no such thing as businesses hours for him.Might I also add this all happened long distance as I was living in Sydney. The service that I got from Dane I have never had anywhere or with dealing with anyone else I can not recommend or praise him enough I would strongly suggest that anyone who wanted to buy or sell talk to him he's the he'll get the job done.
