Dane was right on the money with the property valuation and managed to get us the asking price. No sales pressure. Excellent negotiation skills. Timely and informed feedback throughout the sales process.

Dane is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with in my life! His enthusiasm and genuinely caring nature made my purchase not only easy but so enjoyable! When he rang to tell me that the vendor had accepted my offer he was so excited for me it was heart warming. I would highly recommend Dane and his staff to anyone needing his services. It is rare to come across someone who quite obviously enjoys their job and actually cares about his clients. Dane is not just a good agent but a down to earth, good person.

Thank you Dane for originally setting out a day to help us find the property in the first place and then finding us a buyer so quickly at the price we asked when we needed to sell. We would not use any other agent ever. We found you very professional and honest and a pleasure to deal with.

We are so appreciative of everything you have done for us with this purchase. As you know we have been looking for an affordable property for about 3 years and it was becoming disheartening not being able to find anything. The purchase happened very quickly and smoothly and we can't thank you enough for all your help and advice.
