This is the second property transaction Dane Queenan of PRD Nelson Bay has handled for us. Danes approach is so professional and friendly. His product knowledge is high and if uncertain will quickly follow up and get back to you. He keeps you updated regularly so you know were you are in the process. We certainly would recommend him to any buyer or seller.

We have been grateful for the professional support during our purchase experience and prompt action when queries made. Would purchase again through Dane if the opportunity presents

This was the third property our family has sold through Dane and PRD. I find the whole experience hard to fault. We felt that throughout the process our needs and expectations were listened to and actioned. We received detailed and very regular updates and suggestions to help the marketing of our property. We always felt we were dealing with a very professional organisation. I have no hesitation recommending Dane and PRD.

Tim was an excellent agent during the whole purchasing process. He was responsive and helpful online which is very important to me, as a buyer who does not live in the local area. He and his staff work with high professional standards and are great with first time home buyers (such as myself). Thanks Tim & team :)

We previously listed with another agent, which we were not happy with for various reasons. Once meeting with Dane Queenan and his team we were met with total professionalism from the very start. We were kept informed every step of the way with the sale of our home with friendly, professional and knowledgeable team members. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dane, Erin and the PRD team, and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Nothing worse than a dropping market but Dane and his team just continued to strive for an acceptable result despite the market downturn

Jake did absolutely everything he promised. Kept us 'in the loop' regarding inspections and outcomes. He was enthusiastic & energetic working hard to bring about a good result. We would very willingly recommend Jake to anyone thinking of selling or buying property.
