From our initial appointment with Dane, it was immediately evident that he has a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, which in turn, translated into the correct marketing approach for our property. Dane's experience has enabled him and his team to develop sales techniques which left no stone unturned to achieve an excellent result for the sale of our property.

We first came to know Dane at PRD Salamander Bay some 7 years ago when we purchased our current home and were so impressed with his assistance that we would not even consider any other agent when it came time to sell our home. Having experienced both aspects of buying/selling, we have no hesitation in recommending Dane and his team at PRD. They made a potentially stressful time easy and we were treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism every step of the way. Dane has an excellent knowledge of the local market and we would not hesitate to contact him again should we be in the market to buy or sell again.
