We found Tim to have good sound knowledge of the current real estate market both on the Tilligerry Peninsular & across the entire Port Stephens area. He is a dedicated, determined & personable professional who guided us to make the decisions which were right for us. We never felt at any time pressured or coerced into accepting an offer purely to get a quick sale. We would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone wanting to achieve the best possible outcome for the sale of their property.

Dane was great to deal with. I actually did not feel the entire process as he looked after everything which I gave him reign of because of his knowledge & marketing ability. Put your trust within him as I highly recommend his service

Dane knows everything there is to know about the market. His marketing of our property, and professionalism, were excellent and he gave us constant updates on the way things were going. He was supportive all the way, even through the harder conversations. His honesty, enthusiasm and dedication were constant. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Prior to my agreement for Dane to negotiate the sale of my property, he presented his systems, options, theories, challenges and plans. This was very logical and impressive. He succeeded in making the sale, and met our expectations.

We are very happy we went with Dane for the sale of our land. He has extensive local knowledge and did his research well. He kept us in the loop with queries from prospective purchasers and offers throughout. He was very thorough and we recommend him to anyone considering a sale of property.

Dane loved the challenge in obtaining the best price possible for our property. nothing was too much trouble. He turned up promptly for meetings, appeared to work well into the night and had a great grip on the Port Stevens market conditions and in the end his former business customer proved to be the winning bidder and therefore the record price. Well done and yes I would recommend him to anyone selling in the area Regards Max Aldrich 0419436741
