When we decided to sell we chose Dane because we knew he'd get the job done. He did not disappoint after our property was only on the market for two days! What a superstar!!!

We initially selected Dane to market our property based on his professional approach, detailed knowledge of the area and his previous successful track record selling properties. He exceeded our expectations selling our property after only being on the market for just over one week. We had several offers every one being higher than we expected and we were kept informed as to the levels of interest of each potential buyer. We were also coached with regards to where our property fitted with the various buyers requirements and feel we received the maximum price attainable. We have no hesitation is recommending Dane and PRD to anyone wishing to sell their property.

It was a Saturday, a lovely day in Nelson Bay. As usual, looking to buy a house for our retirement. My wife received an email from Dane with the list. It was the first house to be inspected on that day. As soon as we walk into the house entry hall , we met Dane. He friendly took our details and welcome us. We inspected the house and we fell in love with the house . We contacted Dane in the same day and told him our offer for the house. For there, Dane professionally conducted the negotiations and concluded the selling in couple of days. We are happy that we met a straight forward , fair and dedicated real estate agent to the seller and also to the buyer. A fair and an exceptional real estate agent. Thanks Dane.

Dane is the consummate professional!! He is extremely well versed in market conditions, an excellent communicator and his passion and drive are enviable. However, what distinguishes Dane is his exceptional after sales customer service. We experienced issues well after settlement of our property and Dane was relentless in endeavouring to resolve the situation and in pursuing our interests - which we considered to be well beyond the realm of his responsibilities. Dane epitomises what a Real Estate Agent can aspire to become and is an absolute credit to his profession!! Thank you

My fiancée and I were thrilled to secure this property in a time of huge demand and interest. Dane was super efficient facilitating the sale and contactable all hours of the night.
