dane went out of his way to arrange multiple inspection times across 5 properties on the busiest day of his week (saturday). He opened houses early and provided solid feedback on investment potential base on his knowledge of the local area. After our initial offer, we hit some delays in the loan process and Dane took them in his stride communicating frequently between us and the owner to ensure everyone was up to speed. To every Batman there is a Robin, I also wanted to acknowledge Grace from PRD Port Stephens in her efforts to coordinate behind the scenes for inspections and visits. They make a tremendous team that I would recommend to anyone.
