We selected PRD to sell our property because of their reputation. Dane took on the marketing and offered suggestions to maximise the presentation of the property. We accepted Dane’s advice and he organised tradespeople to make our property ready for the new owner to move in and do nothing. He knows the business and he was both professional and friendly in his dealings with us.. P & L H

Dane & his team did it again, another successful sale for us. We would highly recommend Dane, through the whole experience he was professional, honest, great communication & worked really hard to achieve a better price than we anticipated. Thankyou

Dane has certainly gone above and beyond in looking after our first holiday unit purchase. The small touches of ensuring all items were emptied and contact after hours. A pleasure in dealing with you!

Dane and Meg helped us right from the beginning of our journey, we are grateful as no other real estate in the area bothered. You both went above and beyond to help us find the right place thank you again!

From the first day my house was on the market. Dan didn't put a foot wrong, he updated on every progress and made me feel like I had the only house on the market. Dan achieved a record sale price in the estate. Thank you Dan .

We have known Dane for over ten years and can certainly praise him for his professionalism and honesty in terms of reality of the Real Estate market in Port Stephens. He advised us when we were purchasing and a realistic price expectation when selling. Knows his market and he and his fellow team members are easy to work with and go out of their way to assist.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, considerate and knowledgeable. I had previously spoken to a hyper local agent who was stuck in a pricing time warp and was interested in selling the listing in the fastest possible time with minimal effort. Tim, was aware of the recent price movement across Port Stephens and happy to work hard to achieve my expectations. He listened to me as well as guided me, we worked as a team, as it should be. Cudos to Tim! I strongly recommend anyone wanting to achieve the best possible sales price and do so in a stress free and collaborative manner to call Tim.

Dane came to us via referral from a friend and we weren’t disappointed. Our 5 week marketing campaign gave us good exposure and the foot traffic required to showcase the house. Dane was professional, courteous and respectful of our needs, always checking whether open house, private inspections and the like were convenient for us. We were always kept informed by phone as to progress and current levels of interest. Dane guided us through the process and was upfront and realistic when it came to the deciding week of the campaign. We’ve been very happy with the result.

Tim is very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. A good listener, with a very easy manner. He is very good with follow through and kept us informed after every open house and private viewing, he was practical with his comments, positive and optimistic. Providing insights into the market and listening to our view of the progress towards the final sale.

Tim was persistent by encouraging me to have the property well presented in a timely manner, and he continued to follow-up with potential buyers as promised.
