I was going to write a whole review outlining why I would not recommend PRD for anything, and thought given how they have communicated in the past this review probably wouldn’t even be read. So why waste my time.

We have just recently sold our home and moved into a rental through PRD. We have been in business for 13 years in an industry that deals directly with Property Managers and tenants so I can say with confidence that this has to be one of the best experiences and examples of how to operate in the rental market that I have ever come across. We had a few maintenance requests that were dealt with almost immediately. That is difficult to do when managing 100s of properties at any one time. Always so polite and their communication is spot on. This has been the same across the multiple staff members but in particular our PM. We hope they are recognised for their exceptional service. I would recommend PRD Burleigh to anyone, just amazing.
