I engaged PRD to rent my large and unique 4-bed and granny-flat family home far in advance of a planned 6 months away. Initially the team were responsive and helpful, however when it came time to put it on the market there was a change in agent we were dealing with. The new agent failed to get it rented before we left, and we ended up settling with horrible renters who tormented our neighbours for an astoundingly low rental rate. The ongoing management was unresponsive and failed to detect empty pizza boxes under the bed, broken glass in the couch (which could have caused lacerations to my child who found the glass), dead house plants and filthy floors at the time the renters moved out. The nightmare tenants got their entire bond back. In all we felt that PRD did not value us as clients, and we would not recommend them to manage your rental property, if you care at all how it is treated.
