It is hard to describe how professional and seamless working with Shelley and the team at PRD is without sounding like a paid reviewer. Suffice it to say that it would take the worst of trolls to find even the slightest point of criticism of any aspect of their work. An excellent team which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Shelly has a great knowledge of the market and her response time was amazing . No matter what I needed she was there to help . The support I received was first class . This is the third lot of business buying and selling properties with Shelly and I could not be happier with Shelly’s effort to help make the process easy . I highly recommend Shelly as a caring and helpful property agent whether buying or selling .

In this complex market it was incredible to get an outstanding price and Under Contract in the first week on the market. Accurate pricing, an excellent marketing strategy and local knowledge is what sets Paula apart from the rest. An excellent, honest straight shooter who cares about buyers and sellers.

Adam and his team were fantastic. I am currently acting in the capacity of executor for a friend that passed away and they made the process of selling one of his properties seamless. For me communication is everything and they exceeded my expectation. Thanks again guys :-)

Paula did a great job marketing and selling our property. We had a challenging tenant in place and Paula went to great lengths to coordinate inspections. I'd happily engage Paula again for future sales.

Adam and Sarah and the support team were very professional and great to deal with throughout the sales campaign. It was a difficult market to sell in but we hung in there and kept the focus on the sales plan. Adam managed to secure a good price for our property and really helped up through the process. I highly recommend Adam and his team to market your real estate property. Sincerely Phil & Sharon
