I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the experience I had with buying my first home. Paula and Dean were very insightful and helped me understand the steps required in purchasing, and communicated well to ensure I knew what was happening throughout the process. Adam and I met in a social setting, we both had a common interest in Property and would often talk about it together. During these conversations I could see Adam always had his finger on the pulse regarding all properties: coming to market, on the market, sold, development opportunities, he was across them all. At this time we were getting close to finishing a high end renovation on our Family Home, Adam would always show genuine interest in the project and asked if he could come and have a look? I must admit I thought to myself it was all talk as I made it very clear to Adam we would not be selling... A man of his word Adam followed me up and came to inspect the finished product. I was immediately taken back by Adams in depth knowledge of construction and construction methods, his eye for detail regarding finishes and fittings & fixtures and his overall enthusiasm towards the place. I was excited by his engagement and impressed by his knowledge, based on this I went into extreme detail on how and why things were done in certain ways. Adam rang that night to congratulate us on the finished product, he politely and respectfully asked if he had a qualified buyer would we be open to allowing him to bring them through. We agreed. When Adam arrived on the day, he walked through with me and word for word said back ALL the things I had told him about the Property from his original visit, he had remembered everything! Within 2 days of Adam viewing the Property it was unconditionally sold for a suburb dry block record. I feel our family has genuinely formed a friendship with Adam and we would have no hesitation recommending him to both buyers and sellers.
