I was at my local coffee shop and asked the owner if she could recommend any local real estate agents. Coincidentally Adam and Sarah were there enjoying their morning coffee. Within 10 minutes they were inspecting the property and informed me that they had 5 groups that would buy tomorrow!!! "Yeah right!" I thought :) "Every agent would say that" As it turned out they were telling me the truth and after only 3 days negotiating the property was sold well in our favour. I always think after a large purchase, would I sell through that retailer if I was to sell.. The experience we had with Adam and Sarah certainly left no doubt here.
