I engaged Paula after a recent sale in the same street, and knowing she also had a similar listing in a nearby location. She seamlessly transitioned interested buyers from one of her properties to mine, with zero marketing expenses and sold the property for a price i was more than happy with in "as is" condition. Given the property had been a home with 2 young children, needed some work and was void of furniture, Paula did an amazing job articulating the inherent value within our property, and we were able to receive multiple offers. She communicated often and clearly throughout, always followed up on any outstanding items, and was honest in regard to potential buyers feedback and was focused on buyer and seller being happy with the outcome. Paula certainly made a process i wasn't exactly excited to be embarking on incredibly easy, she was empathetic throughout, and most importantly got the desired outcome.
